What we're looking for As a Community Associate you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and professional impression of our company and ensuring the smooth operations at our facility.
You will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both our clients and internal team, which will span - welcoming customers/guests at the front desk, check-ins and registrations, handling booking & visitor management software to monitor guest entries and keep a sharp eye out on security. You will also assist in organising Community events to build & enhance the sense of a strong community.
