Job Description
Responsibilities
- Grow the Existing to Bank (ETB) SME base of retail community businesses (Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, or Sdn. Bhd.) with Annual Sales Turnover below RM 10m to increase product holdings and profitability.
- Maintain approximately 300‑500 customers per Community Business Manager (CBM).
- Bring in New to Bank (NTB) customers through community business visitations, roadshows, and other branch‑based sales activities.
- Source NTB SME customers from leads provided by HQ.
- Drive profitability growth for ETB customers and NTB acquisitions via products such as merchant services, deposit accounts, secured loans (HP, mortgage, overdraft on FD), unsecured products (credit card, business cash loans), BANCA, and investments.
