We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Community Care Associate to join our Centre-Based Services team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our elders by monitoring their health status and providing direct care, as well as planning and conducting meaningful activities based on their preferences and interests. You will take ownership of supporting individual clients' well-being and contributing to the overall engagement experience within the Centre.
