The Community Engagement Liaison serves as a key connector between the organization and the communities it serves. This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships, supporting outreach initiatives, representing the organization in community settings, and utilizing data-driven strategies to improve member engagement and community impact. The position combines relationship management, public health knowledge and accurate reporting to advance health outcomes and organizational priorities.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Build and maintain relationships with community-based organizations, providers, schools, faith-based groups, coalitions, and local stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and improve member outcomes
