Job Description
- Support engagement with community partners, venues, schools, and agencies to expand programme reach
- Coordinate programme operations including venue sourcing, logistics, scheduling, and event delivery
- Support publicity and communications efforts, including digital platform updates to promote programmes
- Assist in community arts initiatives and engagement activities for participants and beneficiaries
- Collect and analyse programme data, feedback, and KPIs for reporting and improvement
- Gather human-interest stories to highlight community impact
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support collaboration and resource sharing
- Support procurement, documentation, and reimbursement processes in line with procedures
- Monitor programme outcomes and suggest improvements based on feedback and data
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
