Job Responsibilities Community and Volunteer Involvement - Assess and meet the organisation’s needs through the recruitment, placement, training and retention of volunteers
- Collect and conduct data analysis of volunteer engagement targets and submit reports to key stakeholders and funding authorities
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external community partners in fulfilling community engagement projects
- Develop and manage delivery of internal as well as external communication plans to support programme objectives
- Develop, execute and manage volunteer driven programmes
- Engage and build partnerships with relevant stakeholders such as grassroots organisations, corporations, health and educational institutions
