Community Health Worker

Work hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm
This is a grant funded position and subject to the award and continuation of the contract

* Facilitate access to health services for underserved community members

Here's What You Need
+ H.S. Diploma or equivalent is required. Successful completion of a Community Health Worker formal training program such as from a community college or other education institution is preferred.
