The post holder will be responsible for collecting data regarding Community Liver Health Check from the four provider trusts within the Lancashire & South Cumbria ODN Network.This includes test results, attendance for booked tests, future booked appointments and referrals. Responsibilities will also include escalating cases where timescales are not met.
The post holder will also be responsible for finding and arranging new sites for Fibroscan clinics across the alliance. This will involve liaising with multiple agencies including provider trusts, GP surgeries and Drug and Alcohol services.
