About the role
We are looking for a Community Manager who can build and scale a high-energy community across online and offline channels.
This is not a passive role. It requires someone who can create momentum, drive participation, and make the community feel alive every single day. From AMAs to city meetups - you will own the end-to-end community experience
The charter for this role will include:
- Owning the end-to-end community lifecycle - engagement, retention, and growth.
- Designing and executing high-quality online + offline events (AMAs, webinars, challenges, meetups, city-level activations).
- Building repeatable engagement rituals that drive consistent participation.
- Acting as the face of the community - visible, responsive, and high-energy.
- Managing community platforms (Discord, WhatsApp, etc.) and ensuring a high-trust, high-signal environment.
