JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build relationship with customers and potential customers
- Respond to customer inquiries through their social media channels, website, and other online communities in a timely manner
- Prepare social media reports which include audience insights and recommendations, as well as website traffic and engagement metrics
- Monitor the success of the community in terms of the overall marketing strategy
- Stay up-to-date with trends in digital technology
JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least 3–5 years work experience in chat support role, content creation/social media officer role
- Experience in Research and Development (with exposure in the trucking industry) preferred
