Community Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Band 6 Mental Health Nurse to join our Dementia/Older Adult Community Mental Health Services within the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin locality. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly developing, dynamic and supportive multi‑disciplinary team delivering an enhanced offer in partnership with colleagues to older adults experiencing organic and/or functional mental health needs.
As part of the team, you will work collaboratively with service users, carers, and partner agencies to promote recovery, independence, and quality of life.
