Overview
Community Payback Supervisor based in Surrey (Guildford, Redhill, Staines). The role includes travel to other offices in the region; a travel allowance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate small teams of offenders to complete unpaid community work hours.
- Plan and oversee tasks such as clearing overgrowth, restoring community facilities, planting trees, laying flowerbeds, litter picking and graffiti removal.
- Conduct site supervision, ensuring tasks are completed to high standards.
- Assist with driving service vehicles to transport people and equipment, when required.
Working Pattern
Flexible full‑time (37 hours) or part‑time options with a fixed base location. Start times from 7.00 AM, finish at 16.45 PM. Must include at least one weekend day in each week; weekend work may be requested based on operational requirements. Weekend hours are paid at a 50 % higher ...
