As a Community Recruitment Officer, you will ensure a strong alignment between client needs and available talents.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and qualify freelancers and consulting partners
- Conduct proactive sourcing through multiple channels (LinkedIn, CRM, communities)
- Assess skills and motivations to ensure strong project fit
- Work closely with Account Managers to understand client needs
- Propose the most relevant profiles
- Ensure quality and responsiveness in the matching process
- Develop and animate a community of freelancers and partners
- Lead engagement initiatives (events, outreach, content)
- Maintain and enrich a structured CRM
- Build and manage relationships with ESN and consulting firms
- Identify new partners to expand the ecosystem
