In this role, you will:
Support people with mental health challenges as they set and achieve personal goals Encourage participation in daily life and community activities Provide practical assistance with routines, well-being, and skill-building Model positive behaviours and foster confidence, resilience, and hope Keep clear, accurate documentation to support progress And most importantly, ensure the people you work with have fun and feel valued!
