Community Support Team / Restorative Justice / Youth Mental Health & Health Court Program / Attendance Center Worker – Full‑time Position in Kapuskasing (with travel throughout the NEOFACS Cochrane Catchment area)

Kapuskasing, Ontario (with travel throughout the NEOFACS Cochrane Catchment area as required)
Responsibilities
- Provide intervention and support services to young persons involved in the youth criminal justice system.
- Focus on reintegrating youth into the community, developing social skills and increasing their ability to cope, problem‑solve, and regulate emotions.
- Deliver least‑intrusive, community‑based interventions through restorative justice processes, court‑ordered attendance programming, and mental‑health diversion.
- Assist and support youth and families to promote accountability, rehabilitation, mental wellness, and community safety.
