Lead community services as the Supervisor of Community Supports at Ongwanada. Manage daily operations, team direction, and maintain compliance with effectiveness and quality standards in service delivery.
As Supervisor, you will oversee community services and ensure high-quality support for individuals with developmental needs. Your role involves coaching and mentoring staff, managing client admissions, and collaborating with families and partners. You will also ensure adherence to legislation and support operational efficiencies in service delivery.

• Ensure accurate documentation for client supports
• Oversee budget monitoring and resource management
• Communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in Human Services or related field
• 2-4 years direct support experience in developmental services
