We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Industrial Nurse with 1–2 years of experience to support the health and wellness of our employees.
Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and emergency care to employees as needed.
- Manage and maintain the onsite clinic, medical supplies, and equipment.
- Assist in implementing occupational health programs and preventive health care.
- Maintain accurate medical and incident records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support workplace safety programs, including risk assessments and safety drills.
- Monitor employee fitness for duty and support return-to-work programs.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Requirements
