Job Description
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide first aid treatment and basic medical care to employees in the workplace.
- Monitor and record employees’ medical conditions and maintain health records.
- Assist in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs.
- Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with external healthcare providers when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE and company health standards.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned by management or Immediate Leader.
- Enroll employees (direct employees and agency personnel) in the ZKTeco biometric system.
- Maintain and update biometric records to ensure accurate timekeeping.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Must be a Registered Nurse (with valid PRC license)
