Job Description
The Company Nurse/HR RMS is a dual function role primarily responsible for providing healthcare services as a Company Nurse and managing records as an HR Records and Management Specialist (RMS). Also, provide basic healthcare services to Grupo Talavera employees. Responsible for providing general first aid when needed, along with assessing employee health risks and promoting employee health. Company nurses work to improve customer retention and lower company healthcare costs. The role entails a split of 80% HR RMS duties and 20% Company Nurse responsibilities. The incumbent will handle various tasks related to employee records management, introduction of company merchandisers, filing, and organizing both hard and soft copy files.
