- Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees

- Monitor clinic supplies and medicine inventory
- Prepare health and incident reports
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and HMO providers
- Assist in pre-employment and annual medical exams
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
- Support HR in health-related programs and documentation
