Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: Delivers occupational health services, treats injuries, promotes wellness, ensures safety, and prepares accident and compensation reports.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Medical Services
- Monitors the health conditions of employees.
- Provides on-site emergency care (first aid treatment) providing medications, health assessments and referrals. Bring employees to hospital in cases when the clinic does not have the facility to treat sickness or accident/s.
- Advises company doctor about serious incidents and situations which may pose risks to employees.
- Takes vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, etc. during employee consultations.
- Documents medical findings in the employee’s medical record.
