Job Description
The Company Secretary (CS) will lead the corporate governance and compliance function for a fast-growing healthcare SaaS company. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and governance standards while supporting the company’s growth, operational transparency, and investor confidence.
The CS will work closely with the CEO, CFO, founders, investors, auditors, legal advisors, and leadership teams to manage board governance, statutory compliance, regulatory filings, policy management, and corporate documentation.
