Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed assessments of patients and residents
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Monitor patient outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Advocate for patient dignity and family collaboration
Requirements:
• Registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM
• 1-2 years of medical/surgical nursing experience preferred
• Skills in CPR, clinical leadership, and teaching
