SMS Equipment is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our nimble and transformative HR team. Reporting to the Manager, Compensation, this role plays a key part in shaping and maintaining our compensation programs through analysis, insights, and practical recommendations. You’ll partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders to keep programs competitive, fair, and aligned with business priorities while supporting a strong employee experience.
Work Details
Location : Acheson, AB.
Salary : $85,000 to $100,000 per year.
Work arrangement : Hybrid – providing the flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
Schedule : Monday to Friday.
