- Payroll B
- Consultant
- Yearly 13th Month Pay
- Checking and validation of the following:
- Direct and 3 agencies payroll, billing and yearly 13th month pay
- Provide assistance with the HRD Manager in establishing job levelling and salary pay structure.
- Checking of government mandated benefits such as SSS, Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth and TIN.
- Knowledgeable in computation and processing of alpha list and Tax refund.
- Responsible in processing 13th month payroll B.
- Lead the payroll team in the implementation of payroll portal.
- Prepare monthly attendance are for the release of rice incentives.
- Processing of cash advances of employees, including but not limited to:
- Seeking for approval of CFO
