Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Accounting, Business Management, or any equivalent
- At least 3 years of managerial level working experience handling payroll, compensation and benefits
- Knowledgeable in SAP or other payroll system
- Able to oversee the overall Compensation & Benefits operations
- With expertise in compensation and benefits strategies, policies, and programs
- Willing to work onsite in Tondo Office from Monday-Friday
