Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver regular reports on compensation trends, benefit utilization, and ROI of programs.
- Prepare compensation analyses for internal stakeholders including executives and department heads
- Ensure accurate and timely benefits-related compliance reporting
- Lead relationships with external benefits vendors and consultants.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for compensation decisions and benefit plan operations.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on compensation metrics, cost modeling, and benefits utilization.
