Compensation and Benefits Sr Executive / Assistant Manager (Public Organization/ Sector)
SPECIFIC
- Involve in the formulation, review and implementation of HR policies and initiatives i.e. Annual Salary Review, Bonus Cycle and Insurance Program
- Conduct job evaluation, competitive benchmarking analysis against industry trends and recommend refinements to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and internal equity
- Provide statistical reports and analysis to support recommendations or refinements to established guidelines
- Management of employee insurance program and assist in annual review and renewal
- Facilitate Compensation & Benefits related training, tracking of headcount costs and point of contact for consolidating, tracking and headcount requests and approvals
