Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and continuously optimize compensation structures (base pay, allowances, incentives) aligned with Philippine market benchmarks and PalmPay’s growth stage.
- Oversee end‑to‑end management of statutory and discretionary benefits — including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, HMO, 13th‑month pay, COLA, performance bonuses, and emerging offerings.
