Senior Rewards Specialist
We are hiring a Compensation & Benefits Lead to support both Group-level and Singapore compensation & benefits initiatives .
Key Responsibilities- Drive Group C&B analysis and reporting , including preparing compensation proposals and board-level materials for approval
- Support Singapore C&B operations , including salary benchmarking, bonus cycles, and benefits administration
- Provide data-driven insights on compensation structures, market competitiveness, and cost optimisation
- Partner with HR and leadership to ensure alignment of reward strategies with business objectives
- Mentor and guide a junior team member
- Proven experience in Group / regional C&B , with exposure to board-level compensation reporting
