Job Responsibilities- Assist in implementing a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned with the company's strategy and business goals in the region.
- Manage the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs for Asia and policy updates.
- Together with the Head of C&B, Asia, develop and monitor the effectiveness of existing practices and recommend changes that are cost-effective, consistent with current trends, and corporate objectives, that are also compliant with local legislation.
- Support and coordinate the remuneration processes for the region in collaboration with the HRBPs and related stakeholders.
- Participating in compensation surveys for the region and managing job grading and benchmark processes according to Group guidelines.
