Robert Half Management Resources is partnering with a high-growth technology client in the South Bay to identify an experienced Interim SEC Reporting Manager to support the company’s external reporting and technical accounting functions. This hybrid role will be responsible for the preparation and review of SEC filings, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations, and collaborating cross-functionally with finance, legal, and external auditors. The ideal candidate will bring strong public company reporting experience, deep technical accounting knowledge, and hands-on expertise with Workiva, while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
