Our client, a Truck and Engine Manufacturing company, is looking for a Compensation Consultant for their Lisle, IL location. Responsibilities:
+ Provide senior-level compensation consulting support with responsibility for complex compensation program administration, job architecture evaluation, salary structure support, market analysis, and review of compensation actions for alignment with established guidelines, policies, and practices.
+ This position will support high-impact projects involving incentive compensation, bonus programs, special studies, organizational structure changes, and other compensation initiatives that require strong judgment and advanced subject-matter expertise.
+ The contractor may also complete analyst-level work, including job audits, job description preparation, survey data analysis, and compensation data validation. Compensation work directly affects payroll costs, employee equity, legal compliance, and leadership decisio...
