Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling employee inquiries related to compensation, payroll, benefits, and related policies.
- Assist employees with compensation-related inquiries, including salary, bonuses, deductions, payroll discrepancies, and benefits.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years in college
- At least 2 years’ experience in Sales compensation administration
- Experience creating SQL scripts, CRM Tools and Case Management
- Must have experience in Payroll helpdesk or Comp & Benefits department or Finance & Accounting, HR Shared Services
