Job Description

Baker & McKenzie LLP seeks a paralegal for the Executive Compensation practice to be based in California (San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles), Chicago or New York.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with client matters related to and global executive compensation, equity incentive stock option, ESPP and RSUs) and other incentive arrangements
  • Prepare various securities, tax, currency control and other filings/ruling applications to ensure compliance for compensation arrangements around the world, including blue sky filings.
  • Correspondence with Baker McKenzie offices and correspondent law firms around the world to assist with submission of filings and providing advice on compensation arrangements.
  • Manage filing calendars for larger clients with multiple filings throughout the year and proactively correspond with clients to complete necessary filings.
  • Draft and prepare other correspondence, memoranda, charts, etc. ...
