We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Compensation & Performance Manager to lead and evolve our global compensation, rewards, and performance frameworks. This role will play a key part in designing scalable and competitive people practices aligned with business objectives across multiple international markets.

- Support and evolve the company’s integral rewards philosophy across different employee populations and geographies.
- Conduct market benchmarking initiatives, salary reviews, and compensation analysis to maintain competitive positioning.
