Your new role As a key member of the team, you will support the administration of disciplinary, appeals, and complaints procedures. Your responsibilities will include: * Coordinating communications with students, staff, and external bodies * Supporting committee management, including minute-taking and follow-up actions * Managing precautionary suspensions * Ensuring compliance with institutional policies and national regulations * Providing guidance and advice on relevant procedures to students, staff, and The Union * Contributing to continuous improvement by proposing updates to codes and procedures * You will work collaboratively with colleagues to manage caseloads and ensure timely resolution of cases.
