Key Duties and Responsibilities
Review and approve marketing, advertising, and sales materials (e.g., brochures, digital content, emails, social media posts, radio/TV scripts) across the captive agency’s health insurance, life insurance, annuity, and ancillary product lines. Ensure all materials comply with applicable regulatory requirements (such as state insurance advertising laws, NAIC model regulations for life/annuity products, CMS Medicare marketing guidelines for healthcare products) and align with internal policies and any relevant carrier requirements. Draft, update, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to reflect current state and federal healthcare and insurance regulations.
