Our client is looking for a Compliance & Building Safety Officer to help ensure residential properties meet all required safety and compliance standards. The role combines technical knowledge with strong communication skills, requiring effective engagement with residents and close coordination with contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of compliance and building safety services within your assigned area
Ensure statutory and regulatory requirements are met across:
Gas, electrical, fire, water, asbestos, and lift safety
Other systems such as heating, door entry, lightning protection, and digital/satellite systems
Carry out inspections, testing, and surveys (including fire doors and communal areas)
Ensure all compliance documentation is accurate and up to date
