Compliance Business Expert – Mortgage Team
ING is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Compliance Business Expert to join our Mortgage team within the Home Tribe. You will help develop new customer/product features and legal initiatives focused on the mortgage workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the current mortgage workflow and translate legal/regulatory requirements into business requirements.
- Implement new business functionalities and modify existing ones in the mortgage application flow to maintain compliance.
- Balance improvement initiatives with implementation costs while the workflow is being phased out.
- Manage asset maintenance by coordinating and prioritizing daily incidents and providing clear delivery timelines aligned with legal and audit deadlines.
- Coordinate follow‑up on asset issues, driving progress and implementation within the squad.
