Responsibilities:

• Conduct periodic reviews of existing private banking client files to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Identify missing documentation, outdated information, or other review gaps, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Work closely with Relationship Managers and Compliance colleagues to ensure timely resolution of backlog cases.
• Update records accurately and consistently across systems, ensuring audit readiness.
• Support ongoing quality control and flag any process inefficiencies or risk indicators.
