Role: Compliance & Contracts Lead

Reports to: Contracts Manager

Location hours: Miami

Overview

This role will be responsible for the contracts and compliance functions within the US of key candidate documentation, including employment checks and contracts, and will act as the first point of contact for candidate contract queries and client negotiations.

Main Responsibilities

Drafting contracts and extensions for clients and candidates Contract review and negotiations directly with clients Compliance due diligence checks on all workers prior to placement Generation and submission of candidate terms & conditions.
