A well-established organisation within the labour relations and regulatory environment is seeking a highly experienced Compliance, Enforcement & Dispute Resolution Executive to lead and oversee all compliance, enforcement, and dispute resolution functions across the organisation.
This strategic leadership role is based in Parktown and responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and continuously improving compliance and enforcement frameworks in accordance with applicable legislation, regulations, collective agreements, organisational policies, and operational guidelines.
