Summary
The Compliance Executive is responsible for supporting the Assistant Compliance Manager in the day-to-day operations.
Reporting to Assistant Compliance Manager, he/she will work closely with all the departments in dnata Singapore. In the absence of the Assistant Compliance Manager, he/she will cover the duties and responsibilities of the Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assist to implement, maintain and to continuously improve on the Quality Management System
- Assist to manage and ensure all quality and safety control processes comply to Company's standard, customer's requirements, and local statutory regulations
- Maintain and update assigned Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)
- Assist and Participate in Quality Assurance and Compliance activities to ensure Operations follow Company's SOPs and WIs
