What You’ll Do
- Digitally organize, stack, and audit mortgage loan documents
- Ensure all packages meet investor and company compliance standards
- Follow checklists and established procedures to prepare complete, accurate files
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve missing or incomplete items
- Support ongoing documentation processes in alignment with U.S. mortgage regulations
