Motels Compliance Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Motel to ensure the business adheres to vital legislation, regulations, and ethical standards. By developing and implementing compliance strategies and procedures, this role will be fundamental in ensuring that employees and projects comply with relevant regulations. This role will therefore involve being both a trusted advisor and helpful challenger to promote best practice and guide Motel towards truly becoming world class.

• Ensuring Motel maintains compliance with relevant standards and regulations, monitoring risk trends and compliance developments.
