MERJE has partnered with a leading insurance company and we’re looking for a Compliance Manager to join their expanding team.
The Compliance Manager will offer proactive consultancy to ensure business areas understand and meet regulatory obligations, embedding a compliance culture across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide compliance advice in line with FCA principles and threshold conditions. Ensure business strategies and operations comply with legislative and regulatory requirements. Integrate regulatory requirements into operational systems and procedures. Establish and maintain compliance plans, policies, and processes. Represent the Compliance function in internal and external meetings. Offer training, support, and ongoing advice on compliance and regulatory issues. Investigate and escalate key compliance failures.
