Compliance Manager

Cardless is looking for an experienced and strategic Compliance Manager to join our growing Compliance team. This role will support the successful launch and ongoing compliance of our co-branded credit card programs and serve as a key advisor to our Operations, CX, Risk, and Credit teams.As a key member of the Compliance team, you’ll work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer to build and scale a proactive compliance program that aligns with evolving regulatory expectations and enables business innovation. You’ll help shape product design, operational controls, and customer experience through thoughtful guidance and risk-aware decision-making.
