Our client in the healthcare solutions space is searching for a Compliance Manager who will ensure the company adheres to legal standards, industry regulations, and internal policies to mitigate risks.
Responsibilities
- Lead Philippines compliance and integrity/ethics case investigations, including data review, conducting interviews
- Oversee the Ethics Hotline matters for the Philippines
- Engage and partner with PH Management and India/US Compliance leadership to continually evolve the company’s Compliance and Risk Management Programs in the Philippines.
- Act independently to review and evaluate any compliance issues/concerns within the organization and ensure they are appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved.
