Qualifications
- Educational Background: Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance-related courses, or Legal Management.
- Experience: With at least two (2) years of experience in compliance or related roles within a corporate or financial environment.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements from:
- SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission)
- BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue)
- Other government agencies relevant to company operations
- Familiarity with filing procedures, statutory reports, renewals, permits, and corporate housekeeping is essential.
- Technical Skills: Computer literate; proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable using online government portals for submissions and monitoring.
